Our Story

Here at Tazza we value natural, ethical, and local farming.

 

Our meat comes directly from certified hand slaughtered facilities with no middle distributor to ensure halal standards and practices are maintained.

 

Our livestock and poultry are free to roam around on the farms, promoting a healthy environment for them to exercise, interact, and grow. 

 

Our meat is free from antibiotics and hormones, and fed high quality food. 

 

Livestock is slaughtered each Thursday and delivered fresh on the following day (Friday). Poultry is slaughtered on Monday and Thursday and delivered on the following days (Tuesday and Friday). 

To ensure quality, rather than pre cutting our meats, we cut/grind our meat fresh for your order. 

 

These extra steps that are listed above are evident in the beautiful appearance and taste of our meats, as well as our enthusiastic returning customers.
